This notice is to inform you that this website collects personal data of its users. The processing is carried out in compliance with the criteria set forth by the European regulation on the protection of personal data, Regulation (EU) 2016/679, in force since May 25, 2018 (hereinafter GDPR).
This privacy notice applies solely to the eWAKE S.r.l. website, and not to other websites that may be consulted by the user through links available at www.ewake.agency.

Types of data collected
The personal data processed by this Application are: first name, last name, e-mail, and phone number.
Personal Data may be freely provided by the User or, in the case of Usage Data, collected automatically while using this Website. The possible use of Cookies—or other tracking tools—by this Website or by third-party service providers used by this Website, unless otherwise specified, is intended to provide the Service requested by the User, as well as any other purposes described in this document and in the Cookie Policy.
Methods of processing
The Controller adopts appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, or destruction of Personal Data. Processing is carried out using IT and/or telematic tools, with organizational methods and logics strictly related to the stated purposes. In addition to the Controller, in some cases, other parties involved in the operation of this Website (administrative, commercial, marketing, legal staff, system administrators) or external parties (such as third-party technical service providers, postal couriers, hosting providers, IT companies, communication agencies), also appointed, if necessary, as Data Processors by the Controller, may have access to the Data. The updated list of Data Processors may always be requested from the Data Controller.
Purposes and Legal Basis of processing
The Controller will process the User’s Personal Data for the following purposes:

Sending commercial communications, e.g. Newsletters, for which the legal basis is consent under art. 6, para. 1, letter A) GDPR;

Completion of the contact form for customer registration, for which the legal basis is pre-contractual and contractual measures under art. 6, para. 1, letter B) GDPR;

Collection and management of unsolicited applications submitted to the Controller via the dedicated “Join the Team” section, for which the legal basis of processing is pre-contractual or contractual measures under art. 6, para. 1, letter B) GDPR;

To ensure the security of the web portal or the use of services, for which the legal basis is the legitimate interest of the Controller under art. 6, para. 1, letter F) GDPR.
It is always possible to request the Controller to clarify the specific legal basis of each processing activity and, in particular, to specify whether the processing is based on law, provided for by a contract, or necessary to conclude a contract. The User may obtain further information regarding the legitimate interest pursued by the Controller in the relevant sections of this document or by contacting the Controller at the e-mail address: info@ewake.agency.
Location
Data are processed at the operational offices of the Controller and in any other place where the parties involved in the processing are located. The User’s Personal Data may be transferred to a country other than the one in which the User is located. Should any such transfers take place, the User may request information from the Controller by contacting them at the contact details indicated above.
Retention period
Data are processed and stored for as long as required by the purposes for which they were collected.
Therefore:

For Personal Data whose processing is based on the User’s consent, the Controller may retain the Personal Data until such consent is revoked;

For Personal Data collected for purposes related to the performance of a contract between the Controller and the User, they will be retained until the completion of the execution of such contract and, in any case, for no longer than 10 years;

For Personal Data relating to job applications, they will be retained for a period of 6 (six) months from the online registration or from submission in paper form to the company;

For Personal Data collected for purposes related to the legitimate interest of the Controller, they will be retained until the fulfillment of such interest.
In addition, the Controller may be obliged to retain Personal Data for a longer period in compliance with a legal obligation or by order of an authority.
At the end of the retention period, Personal Data will be deleted. Therefore, upon the expiration of this period, the rights of access, deletion, rectification, and the right to data portability can no longer be exercised.
User Rights
The User has the right to request from the Data Controller access to their personal data, as well as rectification, erasure, or restriction of the processing concerning them, or to object to the processing, as well as the right to request data portability. In relation to processing activities carried out based on consent, the data subject has the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
The request may be made via e-mail, fax, or registered letter with the subject: “request by the data subject,” specifying in the request the right the data subject wishes to exercise (erasure, rectification, portability, right to be forgotten), together with a valid e-mail/PEC address to which the response will be sent.
The Data Controller, or anyone appointed by them, will fulfill the request within 30 days, subject to prompt communication to the data subject.
If the data subject considers it appropriate to assert their rights, they may lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority, corresponding to the Italian Data Protection Authority, headquartered at Piazza Venezia 11, 00187 Rome.
To exercise the User’s rights, Users may send a request to the Controller’s contact details indicated in this document. Requests are filed free of charge and processed by the Controller as quickly as possible, in any case within one month.
Legal defense
The User’s Personal Data may be used by the Controller in legal proceedings or in the preparatory stages leading to possible legal action for defense against misuse of this Website or the related Services by the User. The User declares to be aware that the Controller may be required to disclose Data by order of public authorities.
System logs and maintenance
For operational and maintenance purposes, this Website and any third-party services it uses may collect system logs, i.e. files that record interactions and may also contain Personal Data, such as the User’s IP address.
